Xiaomi resolves lots of bugs and boosts system stability in the August 2022 patch. The security updates for August 2022 were also rolled out to the Redmi K40S. The Redmi K40S made its official debut in March 2022 and comes equipped with MIUI 13, an Android 12-based skin. The manufacturer plans to roll out all of the major and security updates to the device first, and the device is in the front of the line.
