How To Unbrick OnePlus 8 Pro and Restore Back to Stock ROM using MSMDownloadTool
Download the MSM Unbrick Tool From the above link and extract it Switch off your device and connect to the PC Enter the Qualcomm EDL Mode On Your Phone (Volume Up and Volume down) Now click on MsmDownloadTool V4.0.exe and Launch the unbricking tool In the Login page of the tool, select Other in user type and move next. Click on click on Target and select another option (ex. India) and click start This will start the unbricking process. Just wait for a few minutes. Done!!
